New domain and hosting
Sunday, January 4th, 2009As you can see, I signed up for a hosting plan + domain name with DreamHost. Lifehacker (one of my favorite blogs) posted a 95% off discount code and I snatched up the offer right away. Two years of unlimited space and bandwidth with a free domain for $11 $21.48 is pretty good!
So here’s the game plan for today:
- Email address for this domain. (mouse over for the address)
- blog.pengxiao.net subdomain with Wordpress
- Import posts and settings from my old blog
- Install some plugins/widgets for this blog
- Custom favicon.
- Put something on pengxiao.net
Future plans:
- Add more things to my site. What should I add? Discuss.
